The field tools work in your browser. The contact form sends only the information you choose to submit.

Field tools

Answers remain in the current tab until you clear them or leave. Downloaded briefs are saved to your device. We do not send tool answers to a server or use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or newsletter forms.

Editorial enquiries

The contact form collects your optional name, reply email, enquiry type and message so the editorial desk can review and respond. Messages are stored in a private Cloudflare database, accessible through an authenticated editorial system. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing or trigger an automated email. Messages are automatically removed from this system after 180 days.

Hosting and abuse prevention

Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect this website. Our form uses a short-lived keyed hash of the request address for rate limiting; the raw address is not stored with your message. Rate-limit records expire within two hours and are removed by regular housekeeping. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of service data.

Your requests and external links

Use the contact form’s Privacy request option to ask about a submission, correct it or request deletion. Include its reference if available. We may need to verify the request before acting. Linked sites have their own privacy policies. Do not submit patient records, financial credentials or other sensitive information.
